Counselling may not be suitable if your are in danger or severe distress. In the case of an emergency you can call Childline, NHS Direct, The Police or your local GP. Some of these National numbers are listed below. It is a good idea to put them on your mobile phone or write down any local contact numbers you may need in the future like your GP.
